Fat, White, & Stupid

After curing myself of my '90s fixation, I was free to obsess over a different time period: the early Bush presidency. Specifically 2004, the year I have come to think of as Peak Stupid.
Middle America in the years after 9/11 was in a non-stop hate frenzy, filled with paunchy white suburbanoids whose murderlust would not be satisfied. Morbidly obese little league coaches openly fantasized about "cleansing" the U.S. of muslims. Newspaper columnists and cable news talking heads debated the merits of torture and war crimes from a "pro-" perspective. No atrocity was too vicious or insane for these bloodthirsty dipshits. After all, they wouldn't be participating directly in the violence; most of them were too old to volunteer, and the ones that were young enough simply did not have to. They would watch it happen on a bigscreen TV from the comfort of their living rooms.
This album is about my wish that these people should suffer for their stupidity. It's a list of the people I hate most in the world and the ways I'd like them to die.
Except for Suck Cess. That song is about Pete Buttigieg.
